What to see this weekend...

As one of the only contributors that actually still lives in Fayetteville full time, I feel it is my duty to give you an update on new bars, restaurants, and shops as you prep for your trip this weekend.

Bar: 21st Amendment

Who: Young Professional Crowd
What: Low Key Atmosphere that features a “Big Ass Fan” and an open wall facing Dickson, perfect for people watching
When: This is a great bar to start the night. Not the place to get really wasted, but good place to catch up with long lost hog friends.
Where: Front half of Roger’s Rec facing Dickson

Overall Review: Woo Pig. Slightly overpriced drinks and a bit calm for my tastes, but overall a good place to grab a drink.

Restaurant: Feltner Brothers

Who: A brand new restaurant opened by the Sons of the Russellville Whataburger Clan.
What: All American Food and Drink with plenty of TVs and an awesome patio
When: Opening Thursday, October 8. This will be a great place to grab a casual dinner or catch a ball game.
Where: By Flying Burrito behind Walton Arts Center Parking lot

Overall Review:
Woo Pig Sooie! Ok. So I haven’t been there yet, but I am following the progress on Facebook. The owners are super fun, so I am looking forward to a good time and great food.

Shop: Maude Boutique

Who: Young, Super-Cute Co-eds (and those who still want to look super-cute and not super-old, aka: ME)
What: Fashion Forward Clothes at reasonable prices
When: This is a great place to get clothes that are classy yet fun for work, play, and game day.
Where: On the East Side of College close to campus

Overall Review: Woo Pig Sooie! Although prices have gone up quite a bit since they first opened, the clothes are still great, especially when you need something quick.
